Envelope Templates

Wow! Time sure has flown by since I posted last. I really intended to put up a freebie before now for you. This week I worked on getting my book ready to publish with Inkubook, and it took me longer than I thought. LOL For those of you who haven't had any of your digital scrapbooking pages published, seriously, you need to go to http://www.inkubook.com/ and have a look at what they have to offer. They have really low prices, and making your own book is simple. Even the shipping is reasonable. And that is saying something all in itself.

On to your freebie...

The file you can download has png and psd files for you to use. Commercial and personal use are just fine with this set. I didn't put any tou's in with these, so use them as you like. If you have friends that would like the set, just point them to my blog so they can get the other freebies too. Thanks, guys!

All the kind words you leave for me really make my day. You "cyber" friends are just as dear to me as the people I get to visit with in person. All the best to each and every one of you! ----Cauleen

Teddy Bears!

(Be sure to click on all 3 links when you get to 4Shared so you have all the files.)
Since I couldn't sleep (again!!!), I made a bear for you to use. Personal and scrap for hire are ok. You'll find png files, a psd, and a psp file as well. The bear without a face is for you to personalize as you like. I figure you can also play with the leg and arm positions on the bear to make it look different.
This was a lot of fun to put together. I even wrote my own psp script to color the fur. Quite a challenge for me! I do most of my work with psp8, but occasionally I'll pull something into publisher just because. Can't seem to get the hang of Photoshop Elements 3, so don't do too much with it.
This week is National Radiologic Technology Week, so if you see an x-ray technologist, be sure to let them know how much you appreciate their education and expertise! (We use our skills to get the best images and give you the lowest possible radiation exposure.) Here's to all my fellow techs!
Enough jabber from me. Go get your bear and enjoy!

A Quick Page to Share

I made up a layout featuring my beautiful daughter and decided to convert it to a png file to share. Since I don't have a creative team of designers I have to do it myself. LOL Your page will look just like this but without the pic of my daughter and the bookplate space is blank.

This quick page uses papers and elements from my kit, "rose wallpaper" just in case you couldn't guess. Pretty tricky since there is only one other post since I moved my scrapping stuff exclusively to this blog. More will come. I have 5 or 6 other kits in the works. Most use my own photography as a basis. Gotta love digital cameras!

I haven't had the heart to photograph much of the fall season this year. Unlike many people, fall isn't my favorite season. Just seems like things are dying, and I hate that. I prefer spring and actually, winter is one of my favorite times. I like that everything is asleep and white and perfect. (And I get to eat soup, which I love!)

Enjoy the page. It was a lot of fun to put together.
As always, I would love to hear from you. Feel free to leave me any comments. Thanks!

Welcome to my brand new blog! I've decided to dedicate this one strictly to digital scrapbooking. What a fun topic!

To kick things off, I've made up a new kit for you. Yep, this one is a FREEBIE! And it is my very first kit, so if you are inclined to be critical, just remember that I'm a newbie and everyone starts somewhere. LOL Hopefully, this will be the first of many freebies for you.

Because the original image idea came from a piece of wallpaper, (vintage, but I'm not sure who has the copywrite on it) this kit will have to be personal use only. But it's still fabulous! And you have my permission to make quickpages and post them. Just be sure to let me know where so I can pass the info on and take a peek myself!

If you send them to me, I can post them here too, so you can show off!

Just be patient with me. This blog posting is harder than I thought it would be, so things may be rough for a bit while I work the bugs out. LOL If anyone has any code for blogspot so I can upload my own desings and make this prettier, feel free to volunteer it!

This first kit is called Rose Wallpaper. It's divided into several parts since it is a HUGE kit.

Papers are 12x12 and elements are 300 dpi minimum. Enjoy!
